Subscription
When you become a Subscriber or Member, you gain access to our directory of digital products. These products are intended for use under their respective licenses, such as the GPL. Only genuine individuals, using their real details, may subscribe to 5ivecode.com.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to become a Subscriber or Member. If you are under 18, you may only use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. That adult will be responsible for all your activities.
Your Responsibilities
You affirm that the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep your account information up to date. Your account is non-transferable. You are responsible for all use of 5ivecode.com that occurs under your username and password. You must keep your password secure and not permit any unauthorized use of your credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or any other security breach, you must notify us immediately.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content, which can be downloaded immediately after a purchase is made, we do not offer "trial" or "grace" periods. All sales are final once a product has been downloaded, as there is no way to "return" it. Refunds will not be provided except in cases where we have made changes to these terms that negatively impact you. In such a case, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
Refund Requests
We evaluate all refund requests on their individual merits. However, as a general rule, there is no obligation to grant a refund if:
